Description: The bench mark is a NOS survey disk set flush in the top of the SW set of steps at Battery Wolcott No. 2, adjacent to Fort Tabor. 96.58 m (316.8 ft) SE of SE edge of playground pavilion building, 43.33 m (142.15 ft) SE of center of intersection of the road heading north towards pier and service road that heads NW to SE from parking lot, 29.27 m (96.03 ft) NE of NE corner of Fort Rodman, and 1.51 m (4.95 ft) SE of the NW corner of S set of concrete stairs leading into Battery Wolcott No 2.
